I tried very very hard to not have expectations of Aced, I can honesty say Colton and Rylee are a top 5 couple for me all time and I didn't want to go in with expectations to be disappointed. With that being said I have to say I'm glad I did that, I've read many reviews and believe many made assumptions of what the book would be then was disappointed with what it was. 

K Bromberg is the queen of angst and drame.  Colton and Rylee's love story was never ever easy but it was ALWAYS beautiful and why would be believe it would be anything different years down the road.  

The real life, and I emphasize REAL when I say this, problems Colton and Rylee live with and deal with in this story is again beautiful just as your heart is breaking.  Their love is eternal and permanent, they are soulmate and not one thing is changed.  Even soulmates struggle and even soulmates have days where it is easier to hate then love. 

What this book does to me is the same as the other 4, it's an amazing journey that must be taken.  I cannot recommend many other series higher then this one.  K Bromberg can write like no other, she is just a natural author who can draw you in suck you up and when you look back at the clock you've been sitting there for 5 hours and never looked up.  

You cannot read Aced without reading the Driven Trilogy, you do not need to read Raced but I do recommend.  Aced is easily a 5 star for me, if I could give this series 25 stars I would because I believe even if this isn't your kind of book to read it's that good.  Please one click it's amazing and so worth every second you put into reading the whole series.
