Tessa Mandel
The catcalls and whistles get old, but cowboys are a necessary evil when you work at the Bear Creek Rodeo. While rodeo life isn’t for me, it’s the only thing supporting my secret side career. I live a double life, but I know my dream of returning to the big city is close to becoming reality. If being an orphan has taught me anything, it’s that you can’t count on anyone but yourself. Working for the rodeo brings many distractions and I can’t afford the complications that come with sliding between the sheets with a smooth talker in tight jeans and a cowboy hat. I have big plans for myself and none of them include being charmed by any of these cowboy Casanovas.

But then I meet the infamous Rhett Kearney, who makes my stomach flutter by just saying my name. One kiss from his gorgeous Irish lips turn my world upside down and my panties inside out.
My timeline doesn’t include falling for a handsome cowboy… but it might be too late for that.
Rhett Kearney
As one of the top saddle bronc riders in the world, I’m no stranger to hard work that draws out blood, sweat and tears. Every time I leave Ireland to compete, I feel the weight of my birthright square on my shoulders, but nothing compares to the roar of a crowd when I climb onto that bucking horse, riding it as hard as I can for those eight seconds. The goal has always been the same — compete in US National Rodeo Finals and make as much money as I can. It’s a race against time, as age is not your friend when you are a professional cowboy. So I don’t waste my time chasing skirts and getting tangled up with a pretty face who’s looking for her next meal ticket out of town.
But I couldn’t prepare myself for the sassy Tessa Mandel or the punch to the gut when I see her beautiful baby blue eyes flare with desire, making me want to risk it all for one more taste of her honeysuckle kisses.

I didn’t travel halfway around the world to lose. I’m taking home my grand prize… she just doesn’t know it’s her yet.

Bear Creek Rodeo is a series of contemporary western love stories written by bestselling authors Jennifer D. Bokal, Amy L. Gale, Sara Jolene, Jessica Marin and Kirsten Osbourne.

Unattainable by Jamie Schlosser

Title: Unattainable
Series: Night Time Television
Author: Jamie Schlosser
Genre: Romantic Comedy
Release Date: May 9, 2019

The last person I expected to see on this tropical island is my ex. Although, since I never actually broke up with her, isn’t she technically still my girlfriend?
Yeah, I’ve got some explaining to do. And groveling. Probably some begging, too. Good thing we’re stuck at this resort together for the next three weeks.
Corrine Harper is the only girl I’ve ever wanted, and I won’t let her slip through my fingers again. They call me Aiden the unattainable. Consider me attained.

REVIEW by Kelly:

Memories of the past come racing back the moment their eyes meet once again. Once upon a time they were high school sweethearts, a brand new and innocent love just beginning to grow. Then the unthinkable happened. Devastated and destroyed he turned into himself and ran away from it all instead of clinging to that new love.

Corrie was devastated. She knew what they had was special, something that could last forever. She tried, but she could never reach him. Then she gave up. Anger and resentment dwell inside. She thought she could survive this, that she had built the wall up high enough but one glance of Aiden and those sturdy walls start to crack. She’s always loved him and if she’s honest, she always will. It hurts but she’s going to try and survive this trip with her heart in one piece.

Three years have passed and they’re on the same island at the same time. It’s obvious the sparks haven’t fizzled out but Aiden has his work cut out for him. Apologies, groveling and some pretty deep conversations need to happen. He’s always wanted her. She’s always been the one. He’s waited for her and he’s not going to stop until she’s in his arms again.

A great story and addition to the Night Time Television Series. Jamie takes us away for awhile where we get to experience those butterflies and sparks that come with innocence and new love. A little drama, a bit of heat and a few laughs thrown in makes this a fun story to dive into.

“Laugh out loud funny moments, sweet, heart-wrenching words, and some drama to keep things interesting, this is a 5 star summer read!” - Author Melanie Moreland
“OH THANK THE BOOK GODS, UNATTAINABLE WAS DELIGHTFULLY ADORABLE, OUTRAGEOUSLY FUNNY AND BEAUTIFULLY SWEET!” - Marie’s Tempting Reads
“This book was a perfect little mix of everything. Real life problems, love, steamy times, and finding your own way in this world.” - Cranky - The Book Curmudgeon

“Why are you so hellbent on denying that we kissed?” he interrupted heatedly, splashing water to the side.
Some of the droplets sprayed my neck and chin, and I let out a gasp of outrage.
“Because!” It was my turn to slap the water, making sure some of it hit Aiden’s chest.
“Because why?” He splashed me again. Definitely on purpose this time. “Our lips touched. That’s a real kiss.”
Shoving my hands forward with all the force I could muster, I caused a wave to arc straight to Aiden’s face. I had to bite the inside of my cheek to hold in my smile when he sputtered and scrubbed his eyes.
“It was my first kiss,” I said, once he could see me again.
“Mine, too.”
I wanted to scream that it was my only kiss, but that would’ve been giving him too much power. “It’s the one that’s supposed to be important and magical. The one that’s supposed to be longer than a millisecond. It’s not your fault that it didn’t last longer, but I feel cheated—”
Without warning, Aiden lunged forward. For a second, I thought he was starting the splash war again, but instead of water, I was assaulted by a slab of hard muscle.
Backing me against the wall, he smashed his lips to mine.
Surprised, I gasped as a lifetime of pent-up passion overflowed in the form of a hard press of his mouth.
Now this… this was a kiss.

Dance With Me, an all-new novel in her beloved With Me In Seattle Series by New York Times Bestselling Author Kristen Proby

Starla. Just Starla.
She doesn’t have a last name, and she doesn’t need one. Not with that many Grammys on her mantel. Everyone knows her kick-ass, no-holds-barred style of singing, dancing, and living.
No one knows that America’s Sweetheart is still living with the wreckage of four years ago, when her world was torn apart. Losing her fiancé was devastating, but she’s channeled all of that into her music. Closing off her heart opened a hundred new doors.
Officer Levi Crawford, Seattle PD.
For almost twenty years, Levi has been consumed by the law. He eats, sleeps, and breathes work. Not just because he’s a workaholic, but because he loves it. Sure, he doesn’t have time for a woman and barely sees the rest of his family, but it’s a trade he’s always been happy to make.
Until Starla.
Two lonely hearts could learn to beat again, if they’re willing to dance together.

REVIEW by Michele:

I was excited to read this book since we got a glimpse of Starla and Levi in past books and I was ready to got their story.

Starla and Levi have great chemistry and Kristen does a great job once again of getting me to connect with the characters. The fact that Starla was a celebrity but totally down to earth was a win for me and Levi can steal anyone’s heart.

I am so glad we are still getting stories from the With Me series which is my all time favorites!

Excerpt:

“Hello, Starla.” “Well, shit.” My eyes soak her in from head to toe. How did she get more beautiful than before? Her auburn hair is pulled up in a knot on top of her head, and she’s in a cropped T-shirt with a pair of skin-tight shorts. My dick is immediately at full attention. “Wh-what are you doing here?” “I was over at Wyatt’s house.” I point across the street. “And he said you were staying here.” She leans on the doorframe, crosses her arms over her chest, and bites her full bottom lip. She’s sex personified, standing right in front of me. “Am I under arrest?” “No.” I reach out to brush a loose strand of hair behind her ear, and the slight contact of skin against skin sends a shock wave through my already energized body. “No, you basically fell in my lap, and I decided to take advantage of it.” “If you think I’m going to lead you straight up to bed, you have another thing coming.” I narrow my eyes. “You just insulted both of us.” She sighs and shakes her head, pinches the bridge of her nose between her eyes, and then laughs. “I apologize. You surprised me. Come on in.” She stands back, and I follow her in, looking around the open living space. “Do you want something to drink?” “No, thanks.” “I need a water. Follow me.” She walks ahead of me to the kitchen, and my eyes are pinned to her round ass. I remember how the globes of those cheeks feel in my hands as she rides me. I remember everything. “Sure you don’t want some?” I try to swallow around my dry tongue and just nod. “Turns out, I do.” She passes me a bottle and then takes a sip of her own. “So, is the tour over?” I ask. “Yes, and I’m on vacation.” She frowns slightly, staring down at her water. “Forced vacation.” “Why?” She blinks up at me. “Because I was exhausted, and the doctor insisted.” I narrow my eyes again, pissed that she worked herself into exhaustion. “Starla—” “I’m fine,” she insists. “And I’m already feeling better. Also, I owe you an apology.” That stops me short. “No, you don’t.” “Oh, I do.” She takes another sip, then sets the bottle aside and leans on the island. I get a great view of her cleavage. She’s too sexy for her own damn good. “I’m sorry I didn’t reply to your messages, Levi.” “Why didn’t you?” She blows out a breath. “Because I was a little overwhelmed. The sex was—” “Damn incredible.” “Yeah. It was. Intense is also a good word for it, and I get the feeling that you’re an intense man.” I nod once. “If I hurt you or scared you—” “No, it’s not that at all,” she hurries to assure me. “I didn’t do anything that I didn’t want or enjoy. I’m sorry if I gave you that impression. I hadn’t been with a man in a long time, and we have some powerful chemistry.” That’s the understatement of the year. I can feel the electricity flowing between us like a rushing river. “That’s really all I’m comfortable saying right now,” she admits and swallows. “That’s enough.” For now.

About Kristen:
Kristen was born and raised in a small resort town in her beloved Montana. In her mid-twenties, she decided to stretch her wings and move to the Pacific Northwest, where she made her home for more than a dozen years.
During that time, Kristen wrote many romance novels and joined organizations such as RWA and other small writing groups. She spent countless hours in workshops, and more mornings than she can count up before the dawn so she could write before going to work. She submitted many manuscripts to agents and editors alike, but was always told no. In the summer of 2012, the self-publishing scene was new and thriving, and Kristen had one goal: to publish just one book. It was something she longed to cross off of her bucket list.
Not only did she publish one book, she’s since published close to thirty titles, many of which have hit the USA Today, New York Times and Wall Street Journal Bestsellers lists. She continues to self publish, best known for her With Me In Seattle and Boudreaux series, and is also proud to work with William Morrow, a division of HarperCollins, with the Fusion Series.
Kristen and her husband, John, make their home in her hometown of Whitefish, Montana with their two pugs and two cats.
