REVIEW:

I love Kendall Ryan and she did not disappoint with this first in a new series. Grabbed me from page one and refused to let go until I read the last word.

In Bait & Switch, we are introduced to Nolan, who doesn't believe in love. Nolan thinks he is living the life, a life that doesn't tie him down to one person, a life where he lives free of commitment. But is he really living, if he refuses to let people in.

Nolan has a great set up. Both girls know about each other. One fulfills his darker needs, where one fills his vanilla needs. What will happen if one of the women asks him to choose? What would happen if one of the woman were to him an ultimatum. Who would he pick? Would he pick either, or cut his ties and walk away from both of them?

When Nolan begins to develop feelings for one of the woman, the dynamic to their relationship changes. Was he drawn to her innocence? No matter how much he knew he should stay away from her, he couldn't.

Deep down, I knew I should leave her alone. She was a nice girl. Sweet. Unspoiled. But I had no intention of walking away. Not because I lacked discipline, but because it would be way too much fun to have her. Under me. On top of me. And these days, my life was all about taking what wanted, when I wanted it. I’d learning the hard way that you never knew when you might draw your last breath.

Nolan, Lacey and Daniella all have a past. A past that none of them feel comfortable discussing. It's their story to tell. So what will happen if one of their past, is now effecting their future. Will Nolan do as he always does and protect them?

When Nolan is faced with decisions once the truth is revealed, will he turn his back or will be stay and see where things lead? Is Nolan capable to loving someone? Maybe he just hasn't met the right girl, or maybe he has and he just doesn't know it.

She’d been the one running, but somehow she’d chased away all my demons and forced me to see what was right in front of me.

I could not put this book down. From the first page to the last, this book captivated my attention and captured my heart. Nolan may have a damaged heart, but once he learned that he was capable of loving, he swooned me.

Bait & Switch is a must read book. I cannot wait for the rest of the series, as all of these ALPHA males have me very intrigued.
