Saving Grace by Kristen Proby

BLURB:

Sparks fly like snowflakes when a klutzy but gorgeous novice crosses skis with a hot resort owner in this tempting tie-in to New York Times bestselling author Kristen Proby’s popular Love Under the Big Sky series!

Grace Douglas is on a practice run for her friend Cara Donovan’s bachelorette party ski weekend in Aspen. The problem is, despite living in rugged and picturesque Cunningham Falls, Montana, Grace is the clumsiest person ever born. To prepare for the trip, she is taking lessons at a local ski resort. She just prays that they have an ambulance on standby.

Sexy hotelier Jacob Berkley is ready to play ski instructor, but he quickly discovers that the best place on the mountain for Grace is in the lodge with a hot toddy. Her sense of humor and easy laugh quickly pull him in, and soon he’s determined to help her get off the bunny slope for a fun vacation with her friends. He just didn’t expect their steamy chemistry to trigger an avalanche of desire straight to his heart.

REVIEW:

I am a huge fan of Kristen Proby's books. I know that I will love what I am going to read. She has a way to make me fall in love with her characters and believe that the love story is believable.  Please keep in mind this is a novella. It is a short story, so the storyline may move along quicker than usual, therefore the characters may connect quicker.  With that being said..... here is my review

Saving Grace is a cute story where two people meet at the most unexpected time. Grace is sent away for the weekend to learn how to ski before the girls head to Aspen for a bachelorette party. Grace is a klutz and that is an understatement. I think she may have been born with two left feet.  Grace is afraid she will brake a leg while learning how to ski... BUT that all changes when she has a HOT AS HELL, PANTY MELTING ski instructor... or so she thought.

The moment Jacob lays eyes on Grace, something inside of him sparks. A feeling that he hasn't felt in quite some time. Immediately he is drawn to this beauty. If anyone can teach her how to ski, it will be him. It someone has to be there to catch her if she falls, it will be him.

Things get a little complicated when Grace finds out that Jacob is keeping a tiny little secret form him. What will Grace do when she finds out that Jacob neglected to be 100% honest with her? Will Grace end their time together before it even begins?  What happens when two people with two completely different backgrounds are drawn to each other? Can the two of them make a relationship work? Do either of them even want a relationship or was this thing brewing between them just a weekend fling with hot passionate bedpost rocking sex?

I guess you will have to read Saving Grace to find out.

An ARC was provided in exchange for an honest review. I would rate this a 4.5 rating. I loved the connection between the two and I also loved the fierce spunky attitude that Grace had. The bantering between Jacob and Grace was hilarious at times. They sure did keep each other on their toes.
