I should warn you this is not going to be the typical NNBB review, where we tell you about the book without revealing anything (because we don't like spoilers), profess our unending love for all things Colleen Hoover, and end with read the book. Honestly, what can we tell you that the rest of the book loving world hasn't?

Well, if you've lived under a rock and never heard of the Slammed Series by Colleen Hoover, here's what I can tell you about it... YOU SHOULD READ IT!!!!

Slammed is the book that made me want to read poetry again. Colleen took such a unique way to express the things going on in the life of Will and Lake. We get to follow them from their first meeting to their non-relationship and beyond. (Okay, here's a bit of a spoiler; there's a happy ending.)
