BLOG TOUR: Beyond Me by Jennifer Probst

Beyond Me by Jennifer Probst

March 4, 2014
New Adult Contemporary Romance
One of the “Sex on the Beach” Novellas

BOOK SUMMARY:

CAN FUN IN THE SUN TURN INTO LASTING LOVE?
Spring break in Key West with my besties was supposed to be casual fun. But I never expected to meet James Hunt. Sex and frolic? Yes! A relationship? No. But his hot blue eyes and confident manner drew me in. And when he let me see the man behind the mask, I fell hard, foolishly believing there could be a future for us. Of course I never considered our relationship might be based on lies...or that his betrayal could rock my foundation and make me question everything I believed in...

OR WILL A LIFE BUILT ON LIES RUIN EVERYTHING?
The moment I saw Quinn I knew I had to have her. She hooked me with her cool eyes and don’t touch me attitude. I had it all, money, social status, and looks. I could get any girl I wanted...until her. When my friends challenged me with a bet to get her into bed by the end of the week, I couldn’t pass it up. But sex wasn’t supposed to turn into love. She wasn’t supposed to change me, push me, and make me want more for myself. She wasn’t supposed to wreck me in all ways. And now, if I can’t turn my lies into truth, I just might lose her forever...

Top 10 List

Who doesn’t love a list? I’m obsessed with them. Sticky notes clutter my desks, counters and refrigerator. As soon as I cross one item out, I add another. Sometimes I even transfer lingering items over and over into the new list!

I thought it would be fun to share a top ten list giving out a bit more personal information about me. So here we go. I hope I don’t lose any of my beloved readers along the way...

The Top 10 Things You Don’t Know About Me

1. I pick my nails. Obsessively.

2. I’m a vegetarian.

3. I’m terrified of spiders. Move over Jill Shalvis.

4. I have to sit in my favorite chair every night or I can’t concentrate. It’s the only way I can relax.

5. I hate cleaning. So I don’t do it.

6. I love the color yellow.

7. When I was young, I was over a friend’s house and completely crazy about this little giraffe she had. WE used to collect these figurine animals and trade them in school and stuff. I couldn’t stop thinking about that giraffe. So, one afternoon I pocketed the giraffe after a visit. I took it out that night and stared at it for hours. Then threw up because I felt so guilty I thought I was going to hell. I snuck it back in at the next visit and never told a soul. Until now.

8. I like to drive fast. Really really fast.

9. I love Scrabble. LOVE. I used to turn down actual real dates to play scrabble on Friday night with my parents. Yeah. I know.

10. I studied Italian for five years, travelled twice to Italy, and still don’t know any of the language. Crapola.

That’s it! Boy, I feel better now after sharing!
