Synopsis:
Sarah

Review:
I was
given an ARC by the author, Dana Mason for my honest review.
Dana Mason does a fantastic job with this book. I was
completely captivated by the story line and fell in love with the characters. I
was not able to put the book down; I finished reading it in a few hours. This book will keep you at the edge of your
seat throughout the entire book. It is suspenseful, thrilling, romantic. Just when you think everything is clear, the
situation completely changes! I found it to be a fast paced book and very
engaging. It was fun in its own way and full of so much drama, I couldn't guess
what was going to happen next.
Sarah Jennings lives a very quiet life in a small town. She
normally runs away when a problems occurs, however, she has finally found a job
she loves and created a house she calls home. To end her suffering from
emotional struggles from the past, she chooses to keep to herself; she doesn't want
to get hurt again. Very slowly, she is starting to live life without fear, like
she once had to do.
A very traumatic incident has her running into the hands of
Mark Summors. Instantly upon meeting, he has the need to want to protect Sarah
and keep her safe. He is not alone, everyone who knows Sarah’s past feels the
need to protect Sarah and keep her safe. Despite being a complete stranger, Mark feels
a connection and wants to care for her. He has his own trust issues since he caught
his ex-wife cheating on him and he does not want to jeopardize his heart once
again. His main priorities in life are his son and his business; a relationship
is something he does not want to get in to.
Being nearly raped and being physically beat brings back
painful memories for Sarah. Her difficult relationship with her parents and the
various abuses created by her ex, has her on the verge of shutting down. Nightmares
return and the wall she has built is now stronger than ever. Unable to care for
herself during recovery, she must turn to the one person who she wants to stay
far away from.
Can Mark help her to get healthy, get through her past, and
help her live her life again without fear? Will Sarah be able to get past the
emotional struggles to live life again? Will she be able to let Mark in to help
her? How far will Mark push till he gives up? What will it take for Sarah to get
past her personal hurdles?
I really enjoyed reading Dangerous Embrace. I can’t wait for
